Delete your Wakanda Playzone account

You can delete your booking app account at any time.

In the app (instant)

1. Open the Wakanda Playzone app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 88480 80616 from the phone number you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your sign-in sessions and push notification tokens.
• All upcoming bookings are cancelled and the slots released.

What we keep

Records of past games (date, time, price and payment status) are kept without your personal details for our accounts. See the privacy policy for more.
